Gender Equality Training
Our gender equality training is customised training for businesses and organisations.
Our clients include employers and organisations in science, engineering, technology and the built environment (SET) - they also include businesses, colleges, universities, public bodies and charities where some of the staff, students, members or volunteers have SET roles and responsibilities.
This is a lively and absorbing day, enabling participants to find out more about factors that affect the recruitment, retention and progression of women in SET. There are case studies, film clips and hand outs to inform and stimulate discussion.
The training is provided by experienced accredited trainers . Each course is tailored to the specific issues and needs of companies and organisations and developed to ensure that participants get the most out of their training.
