The UKRC’s Culture Analysis Tool (CAT) is a confidential, online staff, members or learners survey to help organisation understan and benchmarke their gender equality culture with analysis and a confidential, detailed diagnostic report that puts forward practical solutions.

What is the Culture Analysis Tool?

The Culture Analysis Tool:

• assesses the underlying, often unspoken attitudes affecting workplace culture
• reviews the effectiveness of your organisation’s strategy and policy on gender equality
• provides an in-depth analysis, report and practical recommendations
