EDISTEM (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in STEM) launch event

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in STEM is a LSIS-funded project aimed to support lecturers, tutors, career professionals, diversity specialists and widening participation and outreach workers at FE colleges, Universities and work based learning providers in Yorkshire.

The project is being run as a partnership between the Women in SET team at Sheffield Hallam University, Doncaster College and Training 2000 and will be officially launched on 31st January 2012 at Doncaster College. The launch event will include lunch, and will provide an overview of the project, it's goals and how workers from FE colleges, Universities and work based learning providers in the Yorkshire region can become involved.
