Peer Mentoring Circle for Women in SET
A Peer Mentoring Circle (PMC) is a group of women who meet to spend dedicated time supporting each other in working towards individual goals. Each person gives and receives support and encouragement and uses each other as a developmental resource.
- Meet other women in SET
- Support each other with individual 'action plans'
- Share experiences, discuss issues and pool ideas.
This workshop is for you if you are a woman with a background in a Science, Engineering, Technology or a Built Environment subject (SET)
You may be:
- Returning to work after a career break
- At risk of being made redundant or have been made redundant
- Looking for a suitable SET opportunity
- Working in an unsuitable SET or non-SET job
- A SET student
- Wanting to progress in your career
