Ensuring everyone has equal access to science, technology, engineering, maths (STEM) and the built environment is something the WiSET (Women in Science, Engineering and Technology) team pay a lot of attention to. Based in the Centre for Science Education at Sheffield Hallam University, we work to increase rates of recruitment, retention and progression of girls and women from all backgrounds, working with local, regional and national partners. We are proud to be a core partner of the UKRC.
